Join Offline's growing team as a Lead Generation Specialist and be the driving force behind our restaurant outreach efforts. You will qualify and research leads, conduct multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and SMS, book meetings for Account Executives, and ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales. Maintain CRM accuracy in HubSpot and collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead generation strategies. This role requires 2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development, familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a competitive base pay plus performance-based bonuses and opportunities for career growth within a fast-scaling sales team. This is a full-time, remote position operating within U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development (SDR/BDR)
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with outreach cadences and repetitive tasks
- Persistent, positive, and driven to meet daily and weekly metrics
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
Responsibilities
- Qualify and research leads to determine fit with Offline’s partner profile
- Conduct multi-channel outreach using email, phone, and SMS to engage restaurant owners
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives by converting qualified leads
- Support handoff from lead gen to sales, ensuring a smooth, timely transition
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging activity and updating statuses in HubSpot
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and improve lead gen strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
