Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably within the hospitality or furniture industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools. (Monday, Microsoft Office)
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial spaces
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to introduce the companyโs product offerings
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with your corporate partner and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or presentations between leads and the sales team
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the trade and contract sectors is a plus
- A bachelorโs degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
