Requirements

  • Written and spoken English is at Upper-Intermediate level
  • 4+ years of experience in market research or strategy development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Expertise in developing and implementing effective strategies for product or topic validation
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics and their application in market research
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Market Research Analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Set team goals and priorities, aligning them with company objectives and KPIs
  • Act as the key point of contact between the Market Research team and other departments, facilitating seamless communication and cooperation
  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying and testing potential digital educational product ideas
  • Guide the team in conducting in-depth market research to analyze trends, audience preferences, and competitor offerings
  • Deliver high-quality, actionable insights and detailed reports to stakeholders
  • Oversee the execution of testing strategies, including campaign design, budget allocation, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and scale validated product ideas efficiently
  • Present research findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
