Associate Market Research Manager

Join VISASQ/COLEMAN as an Associate Market Research Manager and contribute to our growing Survey team. This role offers a flexible work environment, combining remote work and in-office attendance, with a preference for candidates located on the US East Coast, ideally in Raleigh. You will manage survey projects, lead client interactions, program surveys, mentor analysts, oversee vendor relationships, conduct quality checks, utilize data analysis tools, and prepare client reports. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of market research experience (ideally B2B), proficiency in online and CATI surveys, and experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5+ years of primary market research experience, ideally in B2B research
• Experience with both online and CATI survey modes; other research modes also desirable
• Strong research methodologist, and able to understand clients’ research needs and recommend the best approach
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize diverse demands in a dynamic and fast-paced environment client-facing environment
• Experience with online survey platforms – ideally using Qualtrics, but other platforms (e.g. Confirmit, Decipher) also acceptable

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a book of survey projects across U.S.-based client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Lead client intake and scoping calls to assess research needs, determine feasibility, and provide accurate pricing and sampling recommendations
• Program surveys with straightforward logic and collaborate with external consultants for more advanced builds
• Mentor and support Analysts ability to balance workloads and guiding them on methodology, project flow, and best practices
• Oversee vendor relationships, including sample sourcing and quote management, to ensure smooth execution of live survey projects
• Conduct quality checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and client readiness
• Use tools like ERM, CRM, and PowerBI to track project progress, review client activity, and support team reporting
• Prepare and deliver clear, insightful findings in client-ready formats
• Serve as a backup to the Market Research Manager when needed and support team initiatives
