Summary

The job is for a Lead Product Designer (Growth) who will work on the acquisition journey of healthcare treatments and services. The role involves collaborating with various teams, owning the product design process, creating intuitive landing pages, improving the acquisition journey, validating hypotheses, understanding customer needs, mentoring other designers, and helping build a design system.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product design experience with an emphasis on consumer-facing, mobile-first products
  • Fluent English, as you will be interacting with international teams on a daily basis
  • Strong visual design skills and a passion for craft
  • A strong portfolio of previously shipped websites and web-based products
  • Experience in organising and facilitating qualitative user research, e.g. user interviews and usability testing
  • Familiarity with using Figma libraries to leverage an existing design system
  • Being able to prioritise and focus on outcomes rather than outputs
  • Having a growth mindset and being a team player
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills, both in Portuguese and English

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete product design process from discovery to delivery, with a focus on putting the customer first for Brazilian projects
  • Create intuitive landing pages that clearly communicate our healthcare offerings
  • Improve our entire acquisition journey including our medical questionnaire and checkout, with a focus on clarity and business growth
  • Validate hypotheses, ideas and solutions using prototyping, user testing and A/B tests
  • Identify key metrics for the projects you are involved in and take ownership for achieving and evaluating their success
  • Understand our customers’ needs and aspirations based on quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, clinicians and engineers in a cross-functional manner in order to identify problems, ideate on solutions and see through to their implementation end-to-end
  • Mentor other designers in both their craft and career progression
  • Help build a design system that allows for consistent brand experiences across all platforms and devices and maintain it as we keep evolving
