Summary

The job is for a Product Design Lead at TROOP, a remote-first company that provides a group meeting planning and travel management platform. The Design Lead will shape the user experience and visual identity of the product suite, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the design team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product (UX/UI) Design
• Experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of designers

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy across our product suite
• Advocate for user-centered design principles
• Develop and implement wireframes and rapid prototypes to visualize and test design concepts quickly
• Take ownership of key design projects, from concept to execution
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams
