Requirements
- 5+ years as a B2B Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, MSPs, or IT services
- Proven track record driving growth in subscription-based B2B models, with familiarity in MSP operations and challenges
- Strong grasp of B2B growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn) and experience using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce; SQL knowledge is a bonus
- Skilled in leveraging customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and prioritize impactful initiatives
- Exceptional communicator and team leader, experienced in aligning cross-functional teams on growth goals
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient level of written and verbal communication in English
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and platform usage among MSPs through customer acquisition, partner success, and feature adoption
- Design targeted initiatives to attract new MSPs, streamline onboarding, and collaborate with marketing for impactful campaigns
- Enhance customer LTV via engagement, education, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities tailored for MSP clients
- Conduct data-driven tests (e.g., feature rollouts, pricing models) and optimize platform performance using analytics
- Monitor key metrics like CAC, churn, adoption rates, and MRR to guide decisions
- Partner with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver value to MSPs
- Leverage MSP feedback to refine the roadmap and prioritize impactful features
- Stay updated on trends and competitors to identify opportunities and strengthen product positioning
- Create and prioritize a growth-oriented product roadmap aligned with business goals
