Lead Product Manager

Summary

You will spearhead the vision, strategy, and execution for three product teams: a financial application, an internal admin platform, and a compliance team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for strategic direction, product quality, and aligning development with business objectives. Requirements

• Proven experience in product management with a track record of leading successful product strategies, particularly in financial applications, compliance, or internal tools
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to implementation and scaling, with a strong ability to balance strategic and tactical tasks
• Solid knowledge of the unique challenges and requirements in developing internal platforms and tools
• Familiarity with optimizing workflows, user interfaces, and functionalities tailored to internal employees, as well as compliance tools like risk scoring, anti-fraud, and KYT processes
• Ability to communicate product decisions, priorities, and strategies clearly and persuasively with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders
• Skilled at translating technical details into business-oriented language, building understanding and alignment across teams
• Demonstrated assertiveness in advocating for product vision, priorities, and trade-offs, balancing a respectful and collaborative approach with firm decision-making
• Proactive in addressing challenges, driving alignment, and reinforcing the strategic value of product initiatives
• Experience in managing multiple product teams simultaneously, ideally with cross-functional teams or squads
• Strong mentoring skills to guide product managers, fostering growth and alignment with team goals
• Ability to allocate resources effectively, prioritize team initiatives, and resolve conflicts to support a collaborative and productive team environment
• Skilled in leveraging data for decision-making, able to set and track KPIs, interpret user metrics, and use analytics to drive feature development and optimization
• Experience with tools and methodologies for performance tracking, analysis, and reporting on product outcomes
