Requirements

  • Balance hands-on contributions with managing a high-performing team and are able to navigate priorities conflicts

  • Inspire as a leader by setting up expectations, providing guidance and promoting a positive, collaborative culture
  • Focus on outcomes by setting goals, aligning resources, and making decisions that deliver meaningful results
  • Have 7+ years of product management experience, including prior experience as a Lead with in-depth knowledge of subscription-based business models (experience in account management systems is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and champion the Product Strategy by defining and executing a strategic domain roadmap that drives measurable improvement in creative workflows and company goals
  • Lead multiple teams to deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with company strategy
  • Foster collaboration between teams and functional areas, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring cross-functional alignments and integration of goals
  • Advocate for customer needs and ensure alignment with long-term strategy
  • Balance the priorities across product, growth-focused initiatives, compliance and financial needs to sustain customer trust and drive strategic growth
  • Be aware and accountable to your responsibilities in relation to workplace health and safety obligations, both as an employee and manager
