Summary

Join interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions, as a Lead Product Manager. You will lead end-to-end product strategy, defining vision, roadmap, and execution plans. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of product management experience, B2B SaaS startup experience (ideally in fintech or AI), and strong technical expertise.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles (Software Engineering, QA, or Product Analysis)
  • B2B SaaS startup experience, ideally in fintech or AI-powered solutions
  • Technical expertise – Engineering background preferred, with a strong ability to work with development teams
  • Business acumen & data fluency – You understand how to drive revenue, engagement, and adoption through smart product decisions
  • Proven leadership – You’ve led cross-functional teams, influenced stakeholders, and owned product success
  • Strategic mindset with execution focus – You balance short-term wins with long-term vision

Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End Product Strategy – Own a product domain, defining vision, roadmap, and execution plans to drive meaningful business impact
  • Deliver Measurable Results – Drive key product KPIs, ensuring that your work contributes to revenue growth, customer engagement, and adoption
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Customer & Market Focus – Build strong relationships with customers, conduct research, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation
  • Thought Leadership – Drive discussions on product vision, strategy, and execution, both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching a new product line or expansion initiative
  • Driving 10x improvements in a core business metric through innovation
  • Conversational AI, fintech, or customer experience (CX) expertise
