Summary
Join CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, as the Lead Product Manager for Compute and play a vital role in building out our GPU and CPU compute portfolio. You will devise and execute a product strategy, conduct market research, collaborate with engineering and other teams, and act as the voice of the customer. This role requires deep knowledge of compute hardware, cloud services, and experience in product management within the AI/ML space. You will be responsible for developing innovative compute offerings and ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud compute infrastructure and AI/ML workloads
- Deep knowledge of GPU architectures, CPU technologies, and their applications in AI and HPC workloads, including an understanding of the latest advancements and market trends
- Experience building large-scale, highly available, and performant distributed systems
- Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave’s Compute offerings, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and market needs
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Compute domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch compute solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the products
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management
- Track and analyze product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future direction
