Lead Product Manager, Compute

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud compute infrastructure and AI/ML workloads
• Deep knowledge of GPU architectures, CPU technologies, and their applications in AI and HPC workloads, including an understanding of the latest advancements and market trends
• Experience building large-scale, highly available, and performant distributed systems
• Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave’s Compute offerings, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and market needs
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Compute domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch compute solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the products
• Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management
• Track and analyze product performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future direction
