Summary
Join PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization, as a Lead Project Manager. This dual-role position involves managing small to medium-sized clinical research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables within budget. You will also co-manage complex international projects and contribute to departmental initiatives. Responsibilities include project team leadership, training junior staff, feasibility research, and business development activities. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of clinical research experience and 2 years of project management experience. Experience in Oncology and/or Radiopharm studies is preferred. PSI is not hiring individuals who require work visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research
- At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure
Responsibilities
- Manage small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
- Perform the project co-managerβs role in complex international projects/programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
- Adhere to and promote principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers
- Lead project teams
- Train, mentor and coach study team members
- Participate in feasibility research
- Assist in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like
- Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Oncology and/or Radiopharm studies
