Lead QA Engineer in Philippines

Summary

The job is for a QA role at 3Cloud with a focus on Azure. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automation scripts, creating test strategies, performing both manual and automation testing, and ensuring the finished product complies with project objectives. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools, strong experience in test automation tools like Postman and Selenium, experience with API testing, and leadership experience as an advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a closely related discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools
• Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g. Postman, Selenium)
• Has working experience in API Testing
• Experience with any programming language either Java, C#, Python, etc

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using testing tools
• Create test strategies and test documents, and processes
• Report and discuss the issue with the development team
• Perform both manual and automation testing and create test scripts for the projects
• Provide accurate record results, test cases, and share feedback to the project team

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skill and report writing skill
