QA Lead Engineer in Worldwide

Summary

The QA Lead position at Nx is for a skilled and passionate individual to focus on the quality needs of Nx Cloud. They will write CI pipelines, test user flows, collaborate with the team to resolve bugs, advocate for a culture of quality, participate in planning, design test plans, implement and execute manual tests, and identify opportunities to improve software quality.

Requirements

• Experience writing CI pipelines is a plus!
• Some development experience (e.g. familiarity with command line) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Write CI pipelines and validate configuration and integrations between Nx Cloud and other providers
• Test and review user flows in the Nx Cloud application, and collaborate with the rest of the team to improve UX quality
• Collaborate with the team to promptly triage and resolve bugs
• Advocate and foster a culture of quality within the team and company
• Participate in planning to ensure that requirements are well-defined and testable
• Design test plans from business requirements and specifications
• Implement and execute manual test plans, as well as expand test automation
• Identify opportunities in team and company processes to further improve software quality
