Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA with demonstrated leadership skills and strong knowledge of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Hands-on automaton experience, with proficiency in UI and API automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure effective test coverage for our products
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to define test objectives, requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Manage the end-to-end testing process and take a hands-on role in leading and coordinating the execution of test cases, including both manual and automated testing
• Monitor schedules, prioritize and track defects, and ensure timely resolution while upholding quality standards
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools
• Collaborate with the developers to identify suitable automation opportunities and develop automated test scripts
• Mentor QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding and commitment to quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Web3 concepts and testing approaches is a plus
