Requirements

• HS diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of experience supporting sales teams in a leading presale role

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and expert guidance to the broader customer-facing teams
• Execute great demos that demonstrate Dynatrace's unique approach in solving customers' pain
• Manage PoCs remote and on-site, build key relationships with customers, and complete RFIs & RFPs
• Coach others to accomplish the same tasks as a Lead Security Solutions Engineer
