Summary

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in web-based software development
• Strong understanding of C#, .NET/Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, Data modeling, JavaScript, and React
• Skilled in project planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and other engineering teams
• Play a critical role in architecture, design, and development decisions
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery
• Break down projects into manageable tasks and transform acceptance criteria into results

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud computing (Amazon AWS)
• CMS solutions development experience
• Agile, Scrum, Kanban experience
• Ability to work remotely
• Test-driven development and test automation expertise
• Mastery of Slack emojis and GIFs
