Summary

Join Flip, a company revolutionizing the world for frontline workers, as a Lead Solutions Engineering to scale the Solutions Engineering team. You will own the technical sales strategy for large enterprise customers, leading and developing a team of 3 Solutions Engineers. Partner with Sales Leadership to win key deals, act as the voice of the customer to improve products, and establish scalable processes. Enable the Sales team through training and support, and represent Flip externally. This role requires strong technical and communication skills and experience in a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancy. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Value Consulting - ideally in a B2B SaaS company or top-tier consultancy
  • Have first experience in leading others and are ready for your next step into full ownership of a function, as well as balancingn being hands-on when needed
  • Know how to navigate complex technical conversations with enterprise stakeholders, including IT security, architecture, and C-level executives
  • Understand topics like SSO, master data integration, and enterprise IT environments - you don’t need to code, but you speak tech
  • Have a strong product and customer mindset, and love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments and enjoy building processes, not just running them
  • Are fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our presales strategy for Enterprise and Strategic accounts
  • Lead and develop our team of 3 Solutions Engineers - coaching, mentoring, hiring and contributing to a high-performance culture
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to win our most important deals and shape how we sell technically complex solutions
  • Act as the voice of the customer and bring insights to Product & Engineering to improve implementation paths and technical features
  • Establish scalable processes for RFPs, POCs, security reviews, and solutions design
  • Enable our Sales team to have confident technical conversations through training, documentation, and support
  • Represent Flip externally in technical workshops, CIO/CTO discussions, and partner calls
