Lead UX Designer in Worldwide

Summary

The Lead UX Designer will collaborate with other team members to improve existing features and bring new concepts to life. They are expected to translate complex goals into user-friendly solutions, create customer flow-charts, wireframes, and prototypes, develop style guide documentation, evangelize UX and Design thinking, and stay updated on competitor products and industry trends. The role requires proven experience as a UX Designer or similar roles, proficiency in design software like Sketch, InVision, Adobe Suite, knowledge of HTML/CSS, problem-solving aptitude, and a strong portfolio of design projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role(s)
• Strong portfolio of design projects, and/or case studies
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Invision, Adobe Suite)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members in a squad with other stakeholders to improve existing features and bring new concepts to life
• Translate complex user/business goals into simple, beautiful and user-friendly solutions
• Teach UX best practices, and help define internal processes
• Create customer flow-charts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with InVision that represent final products or layouts
• Create intuitive interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience
• Help to develop style guide documentation along with a digital asset library to support our DSM (Design System Manager)
• Evangelize UX and Design thinking throughout the organization
• Stay abreast of competitor products and industry trends
