• Minimum of 3 years of experience with account management

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with our most engaged players
• Drive the success of our premier VIP engagement program
• Gather and analyze player activity and feedback to support platform improvements and identify new opportunities
• Oversee all aspects of player relationships, including organizing local events, maintaining regular communication, and handling any escalations
• Implement all VIP policies and guidelines, with a strong emphasis on responsible gaming practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate level account management experience
• Experience in the sports, gaming or entertainment industry

Benefits

Compensation between $70,000 and $110,000, depending on experience, plus equity
