Requirements

• 10+ years of total professional experience or 3+ years as a senior+ or higher (preferably in a SaaS environment) can be agency
• Experience designing across multiple platforms and channels
• Experience storyboarding and concepting campaigns
• Worked with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes
• Experience driving progress on solutions to complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
• Experience helping other designers grow
• Experience working with Design Systems

Responsibilities

• Spearhead, collaborate on, and bring to fruition all creative endeavors across diverse marketing channels
• Lead the visual portion of public-facing system work, shaping the brand's visual DNA, and ensuring quality
• Help strengthen processes across the marketing and design pipeline
• Work as both an individual contributor and manage other designers
• Resource management and project scoping
• Strong presentation skills. Must be able to clearly articulate work to stakeholders
• Help shape our brand identity and build consistency across the work
• Grow the team and fight for processes and standards that will help us move faster and produce higher quality
