Learning And Development Manager

Summary

Join Anantara, a luxury hospitality brand, as their Learning Manager and become a role model for team members. You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organizing training activities, and supporting team members' learning and development. You will also advise the Property Leadership Team on improving team member skills and capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a background in Human Resources or a related field, prior administrative experience, strong business acumen, and a passion for self-development. Requirements

• Prepare and monitor individual development plans
• Organize training activities
