Requirements

  • 7+ years in senior L&D roles, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or similarly innovative sectors
  • History of successfully building leadership development programs that deliver measurable business results
  • Mastery of modern learning technologies and instructional design principles, with a keen eye for innovation
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data and translate insights into impactful learning strategies
  • A strong background in managing global learning initiatives and fostering inclusive, scalable solutions
  • Bachelor’s in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field
