Join Ironclad, a leading contract lifecycle management platform, as a Learning Content Specialist! You will design engaging learning materials (videos, articles, training) for our customer education program, ensuring content is regularly updated and aligned with product releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and the Senior Technical Writer to maintain consistency and accuracy. This role requires 2+ years of multimedia content development experience, strong communication skills, and experience with content design tools. Requirements
- 2+ years with multimedia content development (e.g., videos, instructional graphics)
- Tech savvy, analytical, and able to communicate complex business software processes appropriately
- Experience with content update and maintenance practices or any experience with content design tools (Camtasia, Adobe, Articulate, MadCap Flare, WordPress, Learning Management Systems)
- Ability to manage stakeholders with diverse needs and points of view
- Proven track record of designing effective learning materials
- History of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design engaging learning materials, including videos, help articles, and live training sessions
- Craft clear, written instructional materials for end-users, incorporating instructional design best practices
- Ensure Academy and Help Center content is regularly maintained and updated
- Work collaboratively with related teams to give feedback, troubleshoot and address issues within enablement systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align educational content to product updates, working in partnership with the Senior Technical Writer to maintain consistency in tone and quality
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for content accuracy and relevance
- Facilitate communication between the Academy and Help Center teams to synchronize content creation efforts
- Apply existing or drafted content for a topic to multiple delivery contexts to align with differing levels of technical documentation & training
