Summary

Join our growing, fully remote team as a Talent Development Specialist! This role is responsible for overseeing employee training across all departments, designing and delivering impactful training programs, and conducting training needs analysis. You will facilitate workshops and collaborate with department leaders and HR to support employee growth. The ideal candidate will evaluate training effectiveness and contribute to internal HR policies. This fully remote position offers flexible working hours and is available only to applicants residing in Central America and Mexico. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources
  • Experience designing training for remote or globally distributed teams
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback and data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging, scalable training programs tailored to a diverse, remote workforce
  • Conduct training needs analysis with managers to identify gaps and opportunities for employee development
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and team-specific trainings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders and HR Business Partners to support employee growth and performance
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data to continuously optimize program design
  • Contribute to the development, communication, and implementation of internal HR policies and resources
  • Support broader People & Culture initiatives related to performance, engagement, and career development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of LATAM labor practices is a plus
  • Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is a bonus
