Summary

Join Paradox as a Learning Experience Designer Intern for a 6-month internship in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, or remotely. You will support the revamp of our core coaching program, creating engaging learning materials for live training and our LMS. Responsibilities include content creation, LMS course development, video review and editing, and contributing to the core coaching program design. The ideal candidate possesses experience in e-learning content development, is tech-savvy, and understands adult learning principles. Requirements

  • You have experience in developing content for e-learning courses such as slides, takeaways, videos and other
  • You are tech-savvy and can quickly become proficient with new tools, such as LMS, video editing software, and graphic design programs
  • You excel at bringing structure and simplifying complex concepts using diverse communication methods such as text, images, videos and others
  • You know adult learning principles and have examples of their application in real projects (even if it’s a study project)
  • You have experience integrating, or can offer creative ideas for, blended learning courses similar to ours
  • You are eager to deepen your understanding of coaching, as you will be extensively involved with our coaching content
  • French: Native or bilingual
  • English: Fluent

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design engaging slides, takeaways, and other learning support materials that simplify complex concepts and enhance learner retention
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of content that is both educational and engaging, meeting the high standards of Paradox's learning strategy
  • Participate in the development of courses on our Learning Management System (LMS), from structuring modules to integrating interactive elements
  • Ensure all LMS content aligns with instructional goals and is optimized for the best user experience
  • Follow-up user satisfaction and suggest the improvements
  • Curate the video content that would be part of our e-learning experience
  • Use PX templates to edit and refine video content, ensuring it meets production standards and educational objectives
  • Provide support during video production phases, reviewing footage and suggesting edits to maximize educational impact
  • Contribute to the design of both live and online learning activities within our core coaching programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure that learning activities are effective, engaging, and aligned with our educational philosophy
