Requirements

• End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management - from initiation through execution and renewal; ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Stakeholder coordination
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Maintain an organized and accurate contract database, including tracking key dates, obligations, and legal deliverables
• Preparing Reports
• Commercial and Contract Management knowledge and experience
• Minimum 5-year post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity
• Good understanding of contract lifecycle
• Understanding of commercial contracting principles and regulations; Basic understanding of general commercial contracting regulations and subcontracting practices
• Basic understanding of legal and compliance principles
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Working knowledge of MS Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assist with first level drafting and review of contractual documents
• Work with clients, attorneys, and other professionals' contractual documents and compliance teams
• Provide contract administration support for contract management processes on a specific project or account
• Drive process efficiency to current tasks and seeks innovative ways to drive compliance with policies and procedures
• Record and track contract lifecycle, coordinate on renewals
