Requirements

  • Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on cryptocurrency / financial regulations, compliance, and risk management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cryptocurrency and trading activities
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company’s interests
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments and changes in the cryptocurrency industry to advise on potential impacts to the company
  • Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory compliance and best practices
