Legal Counsel

Summary

The job is for a Legal Counsel Intern at Brevo, a fast-growing CRM suite company with operations in 180 countries. The role involves providing practical legal advice on various topics, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and monitoring regulatory and legal developments. The position is based in Paris and offers a unique opportunity to join an international scale-up environment.

Requirements

• Experience in IP/IT environment and GDPR
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and French
• Self-motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
• Ability to convince and interact productively and collaboratively with personnel at all levels
• Strong work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to work and communicate in a multicultural environment on a daily basis

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to internal clients on various legal topics (contracts, compliance, HR etc)
• Provide legal assistance to the customer support team
• Draft & review commercial agreements in French and English (SaaS agreements, service agreements, Terms of Service, DPAs, NDAs etc.)
• Work on internal processes
• Monitoring on regulatory and legal developments related to our activities
