Requirements

• Master's degree in law
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian and English (B2+)
• Experience contributing to the continuous reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of agreements
• Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research skills
• Ability to be goal-oriented, ambitious, and ready to work hard
• Desire to grow and scale the company

Responsibilities

• Negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts, including investment agreements, convertible notes, service contracts, partnership agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on international regulatory matters, with a focus on compliance in the USA, EU, Asia, and the Gulf region
• Facilitating mergers and acquisitions, while providing legal due diligence for potential investment opportunities
• Ensuring legal compliance across all business operations and jurisdictions
• Performing thorough due diligence for potential investments, ensuring compliance and identifying risks
