Remote Legal Counsel

Summary

toogeza is looking for a Legal Counsel with 4+ years of experience, preferably in iGaming, to build corporate legal structures, provide legal support, draft contracts, analyze potential risks, and ensure compliance. Requirements

• Fluent English (including legal drafting)
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years in iGaming

Responsibilities

• Build a corporate legal structure for the projects
• Provide legal support for the projects
• Draft and revise commercial contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents
• Assist with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations
• Assist with the implementation of legal compliance in various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights, etc.)
• Support day-to-day legal activities and operations of the projects
• Communicate with business partners, law firms, and service providers from a variety of jurisdictions

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of AML procedure is a big plus
