Summary

GoGlobal is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel to join their Legal team. The candidate will provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization. They will draft, review, and revise commercial agreements, conduct research on legal matters, and assist with maintaining legal templates and policies. A Bachelor's degree in Law and at least 3 years of experience as a legal counsel are required. Previous experience in employer of record, payroll, corporate or business services is preferred. The position is fully remote and offers opportunities for growth in an international environment.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal counsel

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise MSAs, NDAs and other commercial agreements
• Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining legal templates and related policies and/or guidelines
• Prepare legal correspondence, notices, demand letters, and other documents
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various departments
• Conduct research on various legal matters as needed
• Perform other duties/responsibilities as requested by the company
