Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
- 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and employment law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to balance legal risks with business objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- High ethical standards and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements
- Assisting in providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics (e.g., fintech, labor laws, employment law, corporate matters, etc.)
- General HR and employment law support
- Handling and assisting with a variety of other issues and projects as they arise, including product, sales, and litigation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial transactions preferred
- Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus
