Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
• Strong enthusiasm for financial services, crypto, fintech, and technology law
• Solid legal research and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first, digital environment

Responsibilities

• Support senior members of the Legal team on legal research, drafting, and documentation
• Assist in reviewing commercial contracts, terms of service, and internal policies
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to fintech, crypto, and banking
• Help assess client-facing communications for legal accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Maintain and organize legal databases and records
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or work experience in a legal, regulatory, or financial environment is a bonus
• Understanding of key legal concepts related to fintech, payments, or blockchain is a nice to have
