Legal Intern

Join the Bynder Legal Team as a Legal Intern in Amsterdam to assist with legal and administrative matters, collaborate with various departments, and be part of our unique Bynder Love culture.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Law at a Dutch University throughout your internship
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch, French and/or German is a plus, but not required
• Highly organized, with an eye for detail, and don't let things slip through the cracks
• Motivated, proactive, and independent
• Already based in the Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Running the signature process for customer and vendor agreements
• Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Reviewing simple commercial agreements for customers and suppliers in the form of amendment & purchase & renewal agreements
• Supporting the Bynder Legal Team on the ongoing legal and privacy projects
• Conducting legal research
• Updating templates and legal policies
• Providing administrative support to the Bynder Legal Team
• Assisting in day-to-day ad hoc legal requests
