Join our team as a Legal Officer (Egypt) in an unpaid volunteering role with The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI), supporting the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change. As a volunteer, you will provide vital legal perspective for legal projects, conduct independent legal research and analyses, engage key stakeholders, and establish strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in law is required
• Fluency in English, including knowledge of relevant legal terminology

Responsibilities

• To provide legal support on topics around legislation or regulation regarding international climate and environment-related treaties, etc
• To engage relevant stakeholders in the change and sustainability policy space for developing strategic partnerships or collaboration opportunities
• To communicate BCI’s legal research findings and insights at international conferences or high-level events
