Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a law firm setting
  • Proficiency in the following software/tools: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat; Google Workspace (Gmail); Slack; CRM tools; multi-line telephone systems
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. A commensurate combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • File Management Organize and maintain client files, both digital and physical
  • Document Preparation Draft documents, questionnaires, and legal forms
  • Administrative Support Manage data entry and document management across multiple systems
  • Immediate Tasks Get familiar with our document management systems and file organization standards
