Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, or recruitment within the legal or professional services field
• Excellent proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Corporate and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles within the legal sector
• Use a range of methods (specifically linkedin corporate and sales navigator) to source qualified legal professionals
• Conduct initial calls, assess candidates’ legal expertise, experience, and alignment with client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with legal professionals, keeping a proactive talent pipeline and engaging with potential future candidates
• Responsible for building a high volume of hirable candidates
