License Entitlement Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• High school degree with at least two years working in IT, inventory control, or internet fulfillment services
• Experience working in SalesForce or similar CRM
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively between cross functional teams including Sales, SalesOps, Accounting etc
• Ability to follow established processes and identify potential improvements to said processes
• Ability to address issues in a timely manner and with a significant level of autonomy

Responsibilities

• Issue software license keys in accordance with customer software contracts
• Maintain and control license information in SalesForce
• Communicate with customers regarding inputs for license key generation
• Ensure timely and accurate provisioning of customer cloud purchases
• Own reconciliation between multiple entitlement systems
• Respond to customer service emails and phone calls as needed
• Coordinate internally to manage delivery and/or product set-up issues
