Summary
Join Redis as a License Entitlement Specialist and contribute to the success of our global customer base. This role involves managing software license keys, maintaining license information in Salesforce, and ensuring timely provisioning of cloud purchases. You will communicate with customers, reconcile entitlement systems, and coordinate internally to resolve delivery issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, along with experience in IT, inventory control, or similar fields. Requirements
- High school degree with at least two years working in IT, inventory control, or internet fulfillment services
- Experience working in SalesForce or similar CRM
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively between cross functional teams including Sales, SalesOps, Accounting etc
- Ability to follow established processes and identify potential improvements to said processes
- Ability to address issues in a timely manner and with a significant level of autonomy
Responsibilities
- Issue software license keys in accordance with customer software contracts
- Maintain and control license information in SalesForce
- Communicate with customers regarding inputs for license key generation
- Ensure timely and accurate provisioning of customer cloud purchases
- Own reconciliation between multiple entitlement systems
- Respond to customer service emails and phone calls as needed
- Coordinate internally to manage delivery and/or product set-up issues
