Requirements
- High School diploma and 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technology sales role
- Experience reviewing and speaking about Microsoft contracts and licensing
- Knowledge in Microsoft Agreements (AOS-G, CSP, EAβs)
- The ability to understand Microsoft's products and services, including Azure, Dynamics, Microsoft 365, etc
- Proven sales success and expertise in selling Microsoft solutions (O365, Collab, Azure)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sales Processes
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Executes recognized sales methods, processes and tools
- Sales and business background, with 3+ years of technology-related experience
- Attention to detail with all actions to create unmatched experiences for both clients and employees and must revel in doing unexpected and extraordinary service for others
- Critical thinking skills when evaluating information; must conclude the data received and then communicate both internally and externally with appropriate action steps
Responsibilities
- Act as Customer Facing Licensing Expert "Consultant"
- Ability to manage current O365/Azure Agreements with renewals, addons and new subscriptions in different agreements
- Must focus on capturing all program changes and presenting error-free quotes for customers
- Qualify, drive and close license opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounts
- Meet or exceed revenue and core priority targets, executing in accordance with prescribed Planet methods, processes, and tools
- Drive upsell Microsoft licenses

Salaries for License Specialists at Planet Technologies range from $50,000 and $100,000
