Summary
Join Chaos, the world's largest 3D visualization software company, as a Sales Specialist - License Compliance! Based remotely in Türkiye, Spain, or Germany (valid work permit required), you will identify and qualify compliance opportunities, develop strategies to resolve compliance issues, and work with stakeholders to grow revenue. This role blends business strategy, execution, and direct/indirect sales, requiring strong sales experience, research skills, and negotiation abilities. You will manage compliance reviews, maintain CRM records, and prepare sales reports. The ideal candidate is fluent in Turkish and English, possesses a hunter mindset, and excels in customer relations while mitigating company risks.
Requirements
- Fluent in Turkish
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years of direct work experience in a Sales Representative role
- Hunter mindset
- Extensive researching skills
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Proficient in general software licensing and sales practices, with experience in different software licensing models and sales approaches
- Autonomous in prioritizing day-to-day tasks
- Attention to detail
- Great balance between customer focus and company risks
- Strong negotiation and investigation skills
- Effective communication over email (and phone)
- University degree
Responsibilities
- Research potential compliance cases and engage with potential non-compliant users (both directly or indirectly) to maximize each opportunity
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities to achieve quarterly goals
- Resolve compliance issues by balancing the customer relationship with maximizing the value of each LC opportunity
- Work with the broader sales team to educate target accounts regarding software licensing and conduct account planning for strategic compliance deals
- Strategize, build, and manage the prospecting list for commercial sales across the assigned portfolio of products
- Manage end-to-end License Compliance reviews, which includes managing third-party audit firms and working extensively with many of Chaos’ internal teams
- Maintain a clear track record within the company’s CRM system
- Monitor sales results based on KPIs
- Prepare reports and analyses for sales management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales for a company in the IT sector
- Expertise in identifying customers’ potential and autonomy in opportunity management
- Some knowledge of 3D visualization platforms (VFX and/or ArchViz industries) would be an advantage
- Channel sales experience
- License compliance experience
- Proficient in working with CRM systems (accounts/leads/opportunity management/ticketing) - preferably Salesforce
- Proficient in working with BI tools - preferably Power BI
- Familiar with order processing and delivery tools
- Proficiency using LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google to research leads
- Able to conduct company researches
