Requirements

• Be a Licensed Therapist in NY (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Hold a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a relevant field
• Possess empathetic and intuitive listening skills
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have advanced proficiency using a computer and the ability to learn new computer programs quickly
• Be passionate about improving access to high-quality care for anxiety & depression

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-focused care
• Build relationships with patients
• Work in a telemedicine environment and navigate multiple systems while documenting notes
• Navigate ambiguous environments and iteratively improve processes
• Collaborate with doctors managing clients' medication for ADHD, anxiety, and depression

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold a license in multiple states
• Be entrepreneurial and have experience working at startups
