Summary

Join Mindoula as a remote Therapist in our Substance Use Disorder Program! We're seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in Kentucky, Texas, or Indiana to provide 100% remote care to prenatal and postpartum individuals and substance-exposed populations. Requirements

LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC license in KY, IN, or TX

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies
  • Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop individualized care plans
  • Conduct individual and group therapy with adolescents and adults
  • Identify and initiate referrals for social service programs
  • Advocate for members and families to ensure their needs are met
  • Utilize approved clinical criteria to assess and determine appropriate levels of care
  • Document all member assessments, care plans, and referrals
  • Achieve set goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Learn the StrongWell model and take ownership of outcome-based care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and utilization management rounds
  • Promote responsible and ethical stewardship of company resources
  • Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with substance abuse population
  • Background in maternal substance abuse
  • Experience with adults and adolescents
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
  • Remote work experience
