Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a technology company. This would ideally be within a call center or customer service/support center with a proven track record of progressive selling opportunities
- A positive attitude and desire to grow in the role
- Deeply customer-centric, with strong customer engagement skills
- Excellent administrative skills, with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong process focus with the ability to suggest and execute process improvements
- Proven ability to work in a semi-autonomous, independent, and fast-paced environment with minor supervision
- Proven ability to effectively multi-task, managing to SLAs whilst ensuring strong attention to detail and quality
- A team player with a can-do attitude who can deliver results in a fast-growing and changing environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive
Responsibilities
- Work with other members of the Sales and Marketing teams to provide quotes, drive sales, and delight our customers
- Manage renewals and quoting queues in Salesforce
- Create quotations for Partner Licenses and some ServiceRocket licenses and send them to clients
- Review opportunities for license quotes required
- Follow-up quotations to close and escalate to Sales Development Representative, Account -Manager, or Account Executive where required
- Maintain CRM database and validate data integrity
- Answering and supporting inbound sales, customer and technical support, and finance-related inquiries via our ticketing systems from prospects and existing customers within service level agreement standards. Escalate to Sales Development Representative, Account Manager or Account Executive where required
- Proactively stay on top of ServiceRocket products, services and market knowledge via websites, conferences, marketing information and various other resources
- Attain and Maintain Atlassian Sales Specialist Accreditation
- Assist with e-commerce sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-growing software company
- Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
