Life Insurance Sales Agent

Summary

Join Ratehub Inc. as a full-time, remote Life Insurance Broker! This position offers high-quality leads, administrative support, and a competitive commission-based compensation structure with on-target earnings up to $150,000. You will convert online leads into closed policies, advise clients on coverage, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales experience in the insurance industry, an Ontario LLQP license, and strong sales skills. Requirements

• Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry demonstrating a proven track record of success
• Ontario LLQP license in good standing
• Proficient in using sales tools and software
• Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets
• Ability to develop and build client relationships

• Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
• Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
• Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network
• Providing excellent customer experience to our clients
• Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence
• Staying current with the latest industry knowledge, competition, and market trends
• Other responsibilities as assigned
