Requirements

• Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry demonstrating a proven track record of success
• Ontario LLQP license in good standing
• Proficient in using sales tools and software
• Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets
• Ability to develop and build client relationships

Responsibilities

• Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
• Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice
• Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships
• Providing excellent customer experience
• Staying current with the latest industry knowledge, competition, and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major bank or an insurance company as a licensed Life Insurance Broker
• Passion for sales and drive to become a successful Life Insurance Broker
