Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university
• Experience with system performance troubleshooting, Linux troubleshooting, Linux server administration, and programming fundamentals in any language

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding technical support experience on the full Desktop and Server technical stack at Canonical
• Own and manage support cases, prioritize customer issues, and set time aside to learn about new products and technologies
• Participate in various training sessions, team gatherings, and company events

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting virtualized environments, experience with other open-source desktop technologies, active contribution to open-source projects/forum/code, and experience with Linux Kernel
