Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
- Proven experience in real-time video stream processing
- Practical experience with encoding/decoding/transcoding workflows
- Hands-on knowledge of WebRTC for low-latency video/audio transmission
- Ability to work on performance-sensitive applications, including debugging and profiling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a technical team
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance software for real-time video processing
- Develop and maintain systems for encoding, decoding, and transcoding video streams
- Integrate and optimize WebRTC-based communication pipelines
- Collaborate with other engineers to build scalable, low-latency video solutions
- Ensure video quality, performance, and reliability across diverse platforms and environments
- Debug and troubleshoot issues related to streaming, networking, and performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
