Responsibilities

• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Prepare for trials, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Work with e-discovery software
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
