Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex and high aesthetic Crown & Bridge dental design and 3+ years of in lab with hands-on bench experience
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical design details into clear, actionable insights for doctors
• Proven ability to build rapport and effectively manage concerns, preferably in a design or technical support setting
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex cases and design challenges

Responsibilities

• Partner with doctors during live sessions to review designs, refine treatment plans, and address complex cases, ensuring both aesthetic and functional outcomes are met. Provide immediate solutions and build confidence in Dandy’s digital tools
• Offer personalized, empathetic support to doctors managing aesthetic or challenging cases. Foster trust through direct interaction, helping them navigate complex workflows while building comfort with Dandy's technology
• Resolve potential miscommunication issues by facilitating real-time, clear, and thoughtful discussions. Ensure seamless collaboration and satisfaction, especially in cases requiring multiple design revisions or where alignment has been challenging

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Dandy products or similar dental design tools will be an asset
